Can I buy a single box? 

Not ready to commit? No problem, we understand. You can purchase a single box on the GateCheck website.

All GateCheck boxes are available after our premium subscribers receive them first. You will miss out on the element of surprise but you can see all the items in a box before making your purchase. 

Don't wait too long, individual boxes are only available in limited quantities.

How does the annual subscription work?

Premium subscribers who choose the annual subscription option, will receive 4 boxes per year: January, April, July and October. Each box will be curated with a minimum of 8 select items. 
Subscribers credit card will be charged every 3 months.
 

Can I cancel my subscription? 

We are sorry to see you go. Yes, subscribers may cancel at any time before their next payment is due. 

What's in the box?

Annual subscribers receive their boxes before the contents are shared publicly. These boxes contain a minimum of 8 surprises that might include items that represent destinations and items that can be used while travelling. 

Individual boxes may be purchased after premium subscribers receive their surprise boxes. These individual boxes list their contents on the GateCheck website. Individual boxes do not contain all the items subscriber boxes contain.

Can I return an item?

GateCheck's items are specifically selected and are non-refundable. 

What if something is damaged?

Even though best efforts are made to protect items during shipping, accidents can happen. If any of your items are damaged, please contact GateCheck's customer service as soon as possible. 

Can I buy a GiftCheck subscription as a gift?

Yes, a GiftCheck subscription or stand alone box, is the perfect gift for the travel lover in your life.
